Love your Mother (Earth) and make Earth Day Every Day! Earth Day may fall on Monday, April 22, but there are things you can do all year long that will help our planet (check out these tips we put together on to learn to live more sustainably in 2019). We’ve compiled a list of some great Earth Day events for all ages, including educational opportunities, beach cleanups, and fun activities. Check it out below.

2019 Theme: “Protect Our Species”

This year’s Earth Day theme is “Protect Our Species”, and it’s aimed at shedding light on increased rates of extinction of plant and wildlife populations due to climate change, deforestation, pollution and more. You can read more about Earth Day Network’s campaign to “Protect Our Species” here.
