Help Nauset Disposal Spread the Warmth on Cape Cod this winter! We’re are excited to share that we’ve partnered with Cape Cod Broadcasting and Mashpee Commons on their annual winter clothing drive to help Cape Codders in need stay warm this winter. CCB is hosting a fun afternoon at Mashpee Commons on Saturday January 26th, 2018 from 11 to 5 and will be collecting donations all day. If you can’t make it to the event on the 26th and would like to support this cause, we’re making it easy for you to donate!

Here’s how you can help Spread the Warmth on Cape Cod this winter:

  1. Bag or box your donations of clean, new or gently used winter clothing (coats, hats, scarves, gloves, socks, boots or other warm winter gear)
  2. Place the labeled bag of donated items next to your trash or recycling container on your scheduled day of pickup between the days of January 14th and 25th, 2018
  3. We’ll take care of the rest! We’ll be delivering donated goods to Mashpee Commons for the Clothing Drive on the 26th.

Donations will benefit Child & Family Services and CHAMP Homes.

Check out our annual Curb Hunger campaign, which also relies on donations from our generous residential customers and benefits the Family Pantry of Cape Cod. In November 2018, our residential customers helped us donate over 1,500 pounds of food to the Family Pantry! We’d like to thank our amazing community-minded customers who continue to assist us in giving back to the communities we serve! We couldn’t do it without you!
