*Residents of Plymouth may attend any collection at their Town’s expense, with proof of residency. Residents of Kingston must obtain a signed authorization form from their Town’s responsible department to attend collections their Town is not hosting or co-hosting at their Town’s expense.  Those Towns may limit subsidized quantities.
