Please be assured that your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Waitkus Disposal Service.
At Nauset Disposal, we pride ourselves on offering responsive, professional disposal services. Our customers are the most important part of our business, and we work tirelessly to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. In an effort to make this transition as easy as possible, we’ve included some important notes about our services for you below.
Containers
Nauset Disposal will be delivering new 64GAL trash containers in the coming weeks if you have not yet received one. We will remove your Waitkus Disposal trash container at this time. If you are a recycling customer, please be aware that we will be labeling your container with Single Stream Recycling guidelines in the coming weeks.
Billing
Your last invoice from Waitkus Disposal Serviceswill cover your service through November 4th, 2018.
Your first invoice from Nauset Disposalwill cover payment for your regular pick-ups from Nov 5 thru Nov 30, 2018. Nauset Disposal will invoice your service fees every 4 weeks in advance thereafter.

Recycling
PLEASE NOTE!
RECYCLABLE MATERIAL SHOULD NOT BE BAGGED
If you are a recycling customer, please review our Single Stream Recycling guide. Single Stream Recycling is co-mingled and does not have to be sorted prior to pick-up.
Holidays
Nauset Disposal is closed for only three holidays each year:
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day
If these holidays impact your schedule you will be notified in advance. Our routes are scheduled as usual on all other holidays unless you are notified otherwise.
Pickups
Please have your trash and/or recycling available for pickup, within 5 feet of the curb, by 5:30 AM on your scheduled day of service. We recommend setting out your containers the evening before your scheduled pickup day. Please keep in mind that your pickup time may vary due to route density, seasonal factors or weather conditions.
Your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Waitkus Disposal Service.
Communicating With You
We often communicate route changes and other information via email and phone/text, so please share your contact information with us. Route changes are typically posted to our website in advance.
