Curbside service requires that your container be placed within 5′ of the curb on your scheduled pickup day.
Will my trash or recycling be serviced on holidays?
Nauset Disposal is only closed 3 days per year: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. We are open and operating as usual on all other holidays. If your residential service will be affected by a holiday, you can expect to be notified by email, phone and text message. We also post updates to our website and social media. Will my driver come at the same time each week?
No, our routes constantly change, so you cannot count on your driver to be there at the same time each week. We ask that you have your container accessible for pickup by 5AM on your scheduled service day to ensure you don’t miss your pickup. If you’re not up with the birds like our drivers are, we recommend putting your container out the night before.
What do I do if I want to stop service temporarily?
Give our office a call at 508-255-1419 and our customer service team can place your account on “vacation mode”. You won’t be billed for these pickups and you can simply give us a call when you’re ready to start your service up again.
What if I have extra trash or bulk items?
Let us know ahead of time and we’d be happy to take extra trash or bulk items (as long as they can be lifted by one person and fit in our truck) on the route for a fee. If we’re not able to take the bulk items on our route and you’d like to schedule a special pickup, we’d be happy to arrange that for you. I missed my pickup. What should I do?
If you can’t wait until your next scheduled pickup, you can schedule an off-day pickup for another day before your next scheduled service. There is a fee associated with this option.
Can I set up automatic payments made for my account?
YES! If you’re interested in having your payments made automatically, we welcome you to enroll in Auto Pay. Give our office a call at 508-255-1419 to sign up for this payment option.
How often will I receive my bills?
For year round customers, we bill in advance every 8 weeks. Payments are net 28 days. This means you have 28 days from the invoice date to pay your bill.
