Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Nauset Disposal harmless against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities. Nauset Disposal shall not be responsible for damage to customer’s pavement or other surfaces including grass, resulting from the weight of the Nauset Disposal’s vehicles servicing the location, including enclosures, gates, and any other structures surrounding Nauset Disposal’s equipment. Customer agrees to pay any and all costs incurred by Nauset Disposal in collecting amounts due, including reasonable attorney fees.
