Diesel Fleet Mechanic

Nauset Disposal is looking for a motivated Diesel Fleet Mechanic to join our team.

Candidate will be working as part of a team doing preventive maintenance, general and advanced repair on our fleet of 60 vehicles. *Mechanics are eligible for a $7,500 stay-on bonus. 

Our ideal candidate will have general knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, wiring and diagnostic skills, computer diagnostics, and hydraulic systems. Candidate will need their own hand tools, a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test. CDL (class B) is a plus but NOT needed. Willing to train the right person.

• Day and/or evening shifts available.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must have a clean driving record
