Please be assured that your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Graham Waste Services.
At Nauset Disposal, we pride ourselves on offering responsive, professional disposal services. Our customers are the most important part of our business, and we work tirelessly to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. In an effort to make this transition as easy as possible, we’ve included some important notes about our services for you below.
Containers
On your first pickup day with Nauset Disposal, we will remove your Graham Waste containers (full) and replace them with your Nauset Disposal container(s) to use going forward.
If you do not have new containers after your first pickup, please let us know!
Billing
Your services with Graham Waste were paid quarterly through the end of June. Nauset Disposal’s billing cycle is every 8 weeks. At the end of June, you will receive your first invoice from Nauset Disposal, which will include your services from July 1 through July 25. On July 26, you will receive an invoice for 8 weeks of service, and you will be billed every 8 weeks thereafter. Any unpaid services prior to July 1 should be paid to Graham Waste Services.

Recycling

Recyclables should
NOT BE BAGGED
If you are a recycling customer, please review our Single Stream Recycling guide. Single Stream Recycling is co-mingled and does not have to be sorted prior to pick-up.
Recycling customers – If your recycling was previously picked up every other week with Graham Waste, you will now be serviced weekly (on the same day as your trash pickup). We will provide a 64GAL container for your recyclables.

Curbside Pickups
Please have your trash and/or recycling available for pickup, within 5 feet of the curb, by 5:30 AM on your scheduled day of service. We recommend setting out your containers the evening before your scheduled pickup day. Please keep in mind that your pickup time may vary due to route density, seasonal factors or weather conditions.
Your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Graham Waste Services Inc.
Communicating
With You
We often communicate route changes and other information via email and phone/text, so please share your contact information with us.
Our office is closed only on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, so you can expect service as usual on all other holidays unless you hear otherwise from us.
