Please be assured that your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Cape & Islands Disposal.
At Nauset Disposal, we pride ourselves on offering responsive, professional disposal services. Our customers are the most important part of our business, and we work tirelessly to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. In an effort to make this transition as easy as possible, we’ve included some important notes about our services for you below.
Nauset Disposal will be delivering new trash containers in the coming weeks if you have not yet received one. We will remove your Cape & Islands Disposal trash container at this time.
If we you do not have new containers to you by the end of April, please let us know!
Your first invoice from Nauset Disposal will be mailed April 5th to cover payment for your regular pick-ups going forward.
Nauset Disposal will invoice your service fees every 4 or 8 weeks in advance thereafter.
If you would like to sign-up for our “Autopay” or “Ebill” features, please call our customer service team at (508) 255-1419 or email us.

If you are a recycling customer, please review our Single Stream Recycling guide. Single Stream Recycling is co-mingled and does not have to be sorted prior to pick-up.
Nauset Disposal will continue to honor the seasonal rates and packages that Cape and Islands Disposal previously offered to existing customers. If you need to sign up for service this summer, or have already signed up and need to adjust your dates, please call our office at 508-255-1419.
Please have your trash and/or recycling available for pickup, within 5 feet of the curb, by 5:30 AM on your scheduled day of service. We recommend setting out your containers the evening before your scheduled pickup day. Please keep in mind that your pickup time may vary due to route density, seasonal factors or weather conditions.
Your cost of service with Nauset Disposal will remain the same as it was with Cape & Islands Disposal.
We often communicate route changes and other information via email and phone/text, so please share your contact information with us. Route changes are typically posted to our website in advance.
