Jax Award: Anne McGovern

A little bit of trash about Anne 

Anne is originally from Westfield, MA but now lives in Harwich. She is the Community Investment and Marketing Manager for Nauset Disposal; she has been with the company for 5 months.

Anne’s favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption and her favorite color is purple. Anne loves to travel, she has lived in both London and Madrid. Her goal is to travel to at least one new place a year. Anne is excited to be a new member of the Nauset Disposal team.

Toter Award: Greg Takakjian

A little bit of trash about Greg:

Greg is from and currently lives in Eastham. At Nauset Disposal he does what ever Tim tells him to do (but he is a residential driver) and he looks even better than Evan when “slinging g”. He has been with Nauset Disposal for 3 years now.

Greg’s favorite movie is the Fast & Furious Series and his favorite color is green. Greg is also an incredibly fast runner…he has even beat Tim DeLude. At Nauset we refer to Greg as Taco, and he says “He couldn’t have done it without the help of my “team””.

A little bit of trash about Evan: 

Evan “slings g” like he was born to for Nauset Disposal and has worked for the company for 4 years. He is from and currently lives in Brewster. His favorite movie is Green Street Hooligans, his favorite color is Nauset Disposal Yellow, and his idol is Tim DeLude. Evan’s dream vacation is an 8 day work week at Nauset Disposal and he would like everyone to know he is the best looking trash guy the roads have ever seen.

Oh, and Evan Jr., Evan’s first child is soon to be born!

June Employee of the Month: Erik Oliver

Erik grew up in Eastham. His ancestors came over on the Mayflower. At Nauset Disposal Erik’s position is the King Of Thrones aka the Portable Toilet Division Manager but he does literally everything else (except driving… his driving skills aren’t the best). His favorite movie is Silence of the Lambs and his favorite color is green. Abraham Lincoln is his idol and his favorite day of the year is Thanksgiving (so American, right?) Erik has some super human talents one of them is that he has an excellent recall of random facts and he spends his free time being a dog whisperer to his lab Winston.


May Employee of the Month: Spencer Duquette

Spencer Duquette was born and raised in Wellfleet and is one of three children. He attended Nauset Regional High School. Immediately following high school he joined the United States Army where he served as an Infantryman/Electronic Warfare Officer for eight and a half years. Spencer’s most prestigious award was his Purple Heart. After separating from the Army Spencer moved back from the great state of Texas to Cape Cod. He has been employed with Nauset Disposal ever since. Spencer is our Residential Manager. He covers routes in Wellfleet, Eastham, Orleans, Brewster, Dennis and Yarmouth. He is a hard working individual who takes pride in his work and is a great team player. In his free time Spencer likes to walk his dog, canoe, and ride his motorcycle.


April Employee of the Month: Will Romme


Will is a residential truck driver.

Will likes to spend his down time at the beach with his girlfriend Brianna (who works in our office) and his 2 year old daughter Everly. He is also a call firefighter on the Brewster fire department.

March Employee of the Month: Rich Putnam


Rich operates our portable toilet division. He services an average of 28 portable toilets per day. Rich is a passionate equestrian.


February’s Toter Award winner is: Matt DiGiacomo


Matt has been nominated by his fellow employees in recognition of his work over the last month. Matt has taken on a great amount of initiative as he leads the front load crew. Matt’s hard work and dependability has become the benchmark and is always dependable to get the job done to the highest standard. Thank you Matt for all you do.

Matt enjoys: mountain biking, slack lining and spearfishing.







Brianna Griffin – Route Coordinator (Orleans)
Brianna lives in Orleans. Enjoys arts and crafts and scrapbooking in her off time. Loves watching the Red Sox. Her favorite food is Bacon. She is a inspired by Angelina Jolie for all her humanitarian work. Her favorite charity is Save The Children.










Michelle Atcheson – Accounts Receivable/Collections (Orleans)
Michelle lives in Marstons Mills. Enjoys long walks with the neighborhood dogs. When she does have time for T.V. she will usually watch Dancing with the Stars. Anything that has crunchy Peanut Butter on it is her favorite food. Her favorite quote is “try and do a kind thing every day”. Her inspiration is Mrs. Hill who lives in her neighborhood and at 90 still finds the energy to take walks every day. Her favorite charity is Cape Abilities
