Q: What does the price include?
A: The price includes rental, time on site and removal of the unit(s)
Q: How many units will I need for my event?
A: We recommend using the grid below as a guide.
Q: When will the units be delivered?
A: If it is a weekend event, we typically deliver on Friday’s and remove the equipment on Mondays. Of course we are willing to work around the needs of our customer if our regular schedule won’t work for them.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order for a unit?
A: This depends on what the customer needs for a restroom and the time of the year. Our restroom trailers book up early, usually 6 months to a year from the date of the event. Our handicapped accessible as well as our flushing, stand alone portable restrooms book 3 to 6 months in advance. If you require a clean, sanitary, portable restroom with a urinal and corner toilet we can usually accommodate your needs with 72 hours notice.
Q: How often are the units cleaned?
A: If it is a unit on a jobsite or seasonal business, they are pumped, cleaned, and sanitized on a weekly basis. Restrooms for special events are pumped, cleaned and sanitized when they are removed, and cleaned again on the day of the delivery.
Q: Can I rent a portable toilet for 1 day?
A: Absolutely! You can rent a unit for as long as you need.
Q: How do you keep the water in the units from freezing during cold weather?
A: We try very hard to keep the water from freezing. We use a non toxic approach to keeping them as ice free as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what Mother Nature will do and during extremely cold weather they do sometimes freeze.
Q: Do I need to supply water for the units that have running water?

Q: Where can you place my portable restroom?
A: The units have to be pumped when we remove them. Our service truck has a 50 foot hose, so we ask that you pick a spot within 50 feet of where we can park our truck.
