1) Step light! Find local activities {like the beach, a walk in the woods or a trip to the local park} that have a low environmental impact and leave a smaller footprint behind.

2) Go easy on the A/C. Air conditioning might offer some relief from the warm temps but be sensitive to overuse. Just turning it up a few degrees can help keep more cash in your pocket and help keep the planet green.

3) Up in your grill. Propane burns much cleaner than wood or charcoal. When you’re done grilling, use all-natural cleaning products to keep your summer as chemical-free as possible.
