Cleaning and Greening

Our tag line is “Cleaning and Greening the Cape, One Stop at a Time”. We help to clean Cape Cod every day by picking up residential and commercial trash and offering recycling services to residents and businesses on Cape Cod, but how else can we contribute to a cleaner local + regional environment?

Each month you’ll find our Green Tip of the Month on our website and our e-newsletter where we share some easy ways for you to go green and create a #Sustainable future for Cape Cod. You can find other similar #GreenTips here.

So if you’re looking for a dependable disposal company for your residential or commercial trash and recycling pickup that has a sincere dedication to the local environment, look no further. Nauset Disposal goes above and beyond the typical garbage pickup; you can count on us to continue to Clean and Green the Cape, One Stop at a Time.

New Community Outreach Program

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
August 10, 2016

Nauset Disposal Announces New Community Outreach Program

Orleans, MA – On August 10, Kara Boulé of Nauset Disposal presented a recycling program to preschool aged classes at The Children’s Workshop in South Dennis to help educate the children on recycling. The group played sorting games, talked about the importance of reusing or recycling materials and read a book titled “Don’t Throw That Away”, written by Laura Bergen.

A company dedicated to the local community, this type of project aligns well with Nauset Disposal’s community outreach program. This past spring, Nauset Disposal employees voted on four key areas to concentrate the company’s community investment efforts in 2017; the outcome was a focus on Children’s Services, the Environment, Veteran’s Services and Basic Needs. Nauset Disposal has pledged to support programming, non-profits and events that support these causes through community projects, volunteerism and charitable giving.

Kara Boulé, Marketing & Community Investment Manager at Nauset Disposal, says of the new community outreach program, “Healthy communities depend on involvement of residents, organizations and local businesses for continued success. Nauset Disposal supports many causes in our region, and we are looking forward to focusing more on the areas where our employees want to make a difference. Ensuring our employees feel engaged and like they have a say in where our community outreach is focused plays an important role in Nauset Disposal’s commitment to future growth and expansion. I think it also shows that this company, as well as its employees, has a sincere dedication to the Cape Cod community.”

About Nauset Disposal: In business since 2000, Nauset Disposal is a local company proudly serving Cape Cod’s disposal needs. Built on the principals of “small town” service, coupled with a strong modern emphasis for the future of Cape Cod, Nauset Disposal takes great pride in bringing a unique approach to our customers disposal needs. Headquartered in Orleans, Nauset Disposal has approximately 50 employees and provides residential and commercial disposal and recycling services, roll off services and portable toilets for events and weddings.

“BIG kudos to your driver who picked up at Eastham Cape Cod Five today! He did a remarkable job navigating our parking lot this morning. We had 2 big Eversource trucks with trailers along with a car blocking half the driveway, making backing out a challenge, but he maneuvered like a pro! Nicely done! I always like to hear positive feedback, so I thought I would pass it along.”
